Understanding anxiety
Anxiety is a response to stress or perceived danger, characterized by feelings of unease, worry, or fear.
For someone living with anxiety, everyday situations can feel more challenging with an ongoing background worry that adds a layer of stress to ordinary tasks. Your heart may race and you might feel like running away or avoiding people, places or situations that seem to trigger your anxiety.
There's a constant sense of being on edge, making life tiring. The fear of the next wave of anxiety can make the anxiety even worse, leading to a cyclical anxiety from which it can feel like there is escape.
Cyclical anxiety often leads to symptoms of a panic attack , which can be healed with hypnosis.

For this, I will begin by teaching you how to create exactly the opposite emotion to anxiety - relaxation.
In our first hypnosis session, we will begin by improving your confidence and, in subsequent sessions, we will explore and resolve the causes of anxiety; one at a time.
Anxiety frequently arises from a combination of factors, including unresolved trauma from the past, inner conflicts, life challenges and fears about the future.
In therapy, I will help you to manage every aspect of your anxiety, release the causes of conditions of negative emotions and I will also teach you exactly how you can build positive feelings; from the inside.
